Setting healthy boundaries

The power to set limits in all areas of our lives, has made it easier for us to establish the necessary limits in relationships in which the couple can draw a mutual welfare between the parties involved.

At the speed in which today's society moves, which is an accelerated speed, more and more work is demanded, more resources, where everything is increasingly demanded, however there must be a set of regulatory elements that make this pace of life a capacity to live sustainably, for this we must learn to set some limits that will be increasingly healthy limits.

When there are no established limits, we can reach infinity, however if the objective is to preserve what we have through time ⏲️, then we must learn to interpret the environment in which we live in order to establish the relevant limits.
