Monday Night Homemade Burgers
We have come to end of our Long Easter weekend and its back to work tomorrow, for dinner tonight we had homemade burgers with chips cooked at home as well.
The Burgers would be either Beef or Chicken with Onion cheese tomato lettuce & Avocado - yum
Bacon is also being chucked in as well...
On the left is the chicken cooking in the oven and on the right is my Beef burger patty cooking in the pan
I am in charge of cooking the chips in our Deep fryer, i know we should have an air fryer but you cant beat the taste of a deep fried chip. on he left is uncooked and cooked on the right.
Burger buns can now start to have the extra ingredients put on them before the Chicken and beef patties are placed to finish them off.
I actually had a Chicken and a Beef burger which i could not finish, got thru 1 & 3 quarters, i think i need to go for a walk as i am rather full.

What a beautiful an delicious burgers @kiwiscanfly, I love meat burgers but I recommend you try taste chickpeas burgers, are so delicious too.

Looks like a nice down-to-earth Easter dinner! Here the menu was a cooked ham and mashed potatoes.

typical food menu, of course the burgers are very good, for me the cooking itself is very good compared to dishes in restaurants, because it is the result of our own efforts, have a nice day @kiwiscanfly
