The 1st and 2nd exercise is for back, the 3rd exercise for chest, the 4th exercise biceps.
You should consider varying your exercise routines for two fundamental reasons: to prevent boredom associated with doing the same things workout after workout andto avoid or delay reaching a plateau in workout performance and, subsequently, training results.
Keep in mind that doing the exact same workout, day after day is not necessarily a bad thing.
