Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all Today I'm going to be participating in the Steam Engagement Challenge Season 6 - Contest. This beautiful program is useful for exercising my body. I am happy to participate in such a beautiful competition.

Exercises for back pain

Do two to three exercises regularly. This includes jogging, running, and jumping.

  • jogging = I try to do it for 2 minutes every day.
  • Running = I do this for 5-7 minutes.
  • Jumping = 2 minutes.

This exercise completely refreshes and invigorates my body system. I enjoy complete health and vitality. These warmups are really beneficial for our body.

Week 2

Waist exercise I straightened my legs and pressed my hands on my waist a few times. I continued to do this for 5 minutes. This should be done lying on the floor. It affects the joints of the whole body. It removes tiredness of the body. Lethargy and lethargy are removed.

Fitness training is the pursuit of strong legs. It was the strongest. It's squat. My muscles were tense and all the energy was on my legs. I was squatting with my legs apart. Later I moved my waist up and down. I did this 10-12 times. This exercise requires a lot of strength. I was very tired afterwards. It was very difficult to walk. But it is very useful.

Week-4. Muscle strengthening in the hip and hip area.

This is a very important exercise for girls. I cannot be excluded from this practice. I must of course make my butt. I complete this exercise because it is helpful for my hip and hip area.

I exercise regularly every week. Try to take healthy food along with exercise to improve your health. I stretch my body by lying straight in bed every day. 10/12 times turn back and look right and left. It strengthens my body a lot.

Exercising the whole body is very important. I want to be fit all the time. Let all parts of the body be equal. I always try to maintain my fitness. I do not want any part of the body to be small or large. My whole body is involved in fitness. This is my smartness.

What are the benefits here.?

  • It relieves my tiredness.
  • Strengthens bones.
  • Keeps our heart healthy.
  • Removes body fatigue and lethargy.
  • Helps in muscle stimulation.
  • Helps us get better sleep.

So I do 30 minutes of full body exercise every day.
