Gifted han'z kitchen
Gifted han'z kitchen is a restaurant that is located at choba campus, close to post NCE, choba park, university of port Harcourt.
It's one of the most popular restaurant in the area due to the unique way it's operations and affairs are being done.
Years back, I never liked eating outside because of the fact that am not involved in the preparation period of the food, and for that reason, everything I eat outside tasted bad even when it's good.
But after being introduced to this restaurant, gradually everything changed and that's why I prefer it to other restaurants.
As shown in the above picture, it sells mainly food ( rice, beans, garri and soup etc), and soft drink ( coke, sprite, fanta etc).

Above is mrs taiwo gloria popularly called mama, she's the owner and vendor of this restaurant. She's from omuoko, aluu. Ikwere local government area, River State.
According to her, the inspiration of starting up a restaurant started when her dish was preferred over others in a wedding ceremony. So after that day, she decided to put her talent to work which have helped sustain her family for eleven years now.

As I once said, there are various restaurant in the area but gifted han'z kitchen remains my favorite because of their neatness, the very tasty meals they prepare and the way they attend to to costumers with respect. Another important factor that drew my attention was the way they changed my perception of eating outside my house.
Menu list
Gifted han'z kitchen is an underdeveloped restaurant, so, they don't operate with menu list yet. But I believe in years coming, civilization will catch hold of it and maybe they'll start using menu list.

My favorite dish is afang soup and eba.
Afang soup is a soup that is indegenous to the people of efik ( cross rivers and akwa ibom) in the south south region of nigeria.
Below is a brief run down on the preparation process of afang soup.
Ingredients
The quantity of the ingredient is the cook's decision to make. They include;
Grinded okazi leave.
Water leave
Kanda
Dry fish
Red palm oil
Crayfish
Pepper and salt
Periwinkle.
How to prepare the soup
At first, get everything ready by washing and slicing the water leaf and onion, grinding the crayfish and okazi leave and other necessary things needed.
After that, put small quantity of water in a pot, add the kanda, salt and onion. When the kanda gets soft, add the dry fish.
Add palm oil, pepper and the grinded crayfish.
After about 15 minutes, add the grinded okazi leave, water leave and periwinkle. Allow it to boil and dry a little, taste it to check for what's lacking then bring it down from the fire.
Nutritional value of afang soup
The kanda and dry fish and okazi leave gives protein.
Water leaf contains calcium, iron, vitamin C, vitamin A and phosphorus.
The crayfish contains protein, carbohydrate.
The periwinkle is a good source of potassium, vitamin E, magnesium, copper etc.
