A Fusion Dinner:- Chinese and Korean
It was a busy day yesterday so my wife cooked a simple dinner, mixing elements of Chinese and Korean. Although it is simple, it is still tasty and nutrious. And being simple, it did not take much time to prepare. The outcome, stir fired "kueh tio" (known as rice noodles in English) with "tau gay"(bean sprouts). To it we added kimchi and Korean fried chicken (bought from the fast food store Pelicana).
Stir fried rice noodles with kimchi and korean fried chicken
Stir fried rice noodles is very common in Malaysia
Adding Kimchi, makes this plate of rice noodles unique and even more delicious.
We need protien so don't forget to include the chicken.
So what did you have for your dinner yesterday?
