I still don't get how a bank is removed from the process of cashing out. Escrow is a banking product. And unless you're being paid in cash, there has to be a bank.

This is an interesting breakthrough, the problem is that sometimes users are still too dependent on currencies, transactions and fiat are still commonly used as an exchange of goods.
Hopefully crypto can be used as a sale and purchase transaction and a medium of exchange.

This concept is like peer to peer which is already available in few Exchanges in India. I like this concept as it takes the away the bank. Two person can perform buy and sell of crytpo without any need of bank and intermediaries. Nice Hunt.

it will be pure p2p transaction and I loved it and the good thing is we are not dealing with any kind of bank. So, I think it gonna be totally private but I think we also have fear of bad buyer/seller :-( that can't be ignored but it is the drawback.
however the technology is awesome and gonna make our work easier.

This is nice but I think it's a little bit risky.
No one can really be trusted.
They may build trust using the escrow platform but then, anything can still happen as long as it's a human.
If someone gets a client who is withdrawing a very big amount of money.
He may just forfeit the fact that he is an escrow and go ahead to run with that person's money.
