Keto looks tempting, plus with most of my friends following this new fad, i might be soon pulled into it. The problem with any diet is that what you eat is different from the conventional balance diet that's recommended. Our glucose level is very important because of sickness such as diabetes and the rest of them. This is really good because you can keep a healthy track of your diet.
