Pros:
- Free
- Interesting information regarding your vitamin D sources
Cons: - Single purpose app
- As a family physician I know it is not difficult to know if you are getting good sources of vitamin D, they are only 3, diet, supplements and sunshine
- It may be more reasonable to take an inexpensive vitamin D supplement daily.
Summary: Cool but not really very useful for health.
