Track your fitness with Strava activity tracker. Record routes, map your favorite bike trail or run & analyze your training with all the stats... all for free!

Do you love going on bike rides? Turn your phone into a sophisticated cycle or running tracker with Strava. Try out a new trail with Strava distance tracker and mile counter or even track running speed.

Millions of people are using it, and the way I see it Strava keeps them motivated to keep pushing their limits and improving their performances.

You can have complete access to very valuable information regarding your sports performances, which in the end help you to improve your results.

The social aspect of this app is what I like the most, because you can see other peoples times in a certain track, and you can also connect with fellow athletes which is amazing.

There are monthly challenges that let you compete with others, this is brilliant since competition helps for self development. If you train on your own it is easy to lose motivation, but if you can compete with others motivation is boosted greatly!

Stay active and motivated with Strava!

Why would you pay to run inside of a gym, if you have apps like this one...

Personally I´m not a person who runs, because my sport is much more focused on jumping (Volleyball), but my father does 3-4 runs a week.

My cousin used to use this all the time. Definitely motivated him to slice some flab off by running.

I have 2 friends that use it, it think its good to keep track on who is kicking who´s ass in your circle of friends 😂😂
