Good app for take away! but if the restaurant gets your order wrong or just misses half your meal then u just get a refund, but I'd prefer a replacement.
Food arriving late more often than not, since Deliveroo double up on customer orders, so you end up waiting for someone else's food to be delivered first.
The service itself is okay, just a shame about prices & charges. Used to be great until they upped the prices dramatically and added service charges.
I did not receive my order. It was my 3rd time ordering exactly the same food, from the same restaurant
Deliveroo does seem to be dominating the takeaway delivery business, especially since lockdown when restaurants have started using their services as well.
