Thanks for yet another hunt. Sadly enough I can not approve it for the following reasons:

1. Wrong product link used (https://www.ca.com/us/products/ca-agile-central.html)
2. The description does not explain agile/scrum methodology. The description lacks any understanding of the product. The relatedness of the description is too low to accept. Agile methodology offers specific methods, methods which are not/poorly represented in your description.

As per Steemhunt posting guidelines:

8. Quality of the Post
