Recapping Fruit Daddy's 8 Hunts

in #steemhunt6 years ago (edited)

Today we are going through my hunts so far on Steemhunt.com. I only have eight hunts, but I am planning on doing many times more. Before I move forward, I’m just taking inventory of what has happened, and how I can bring Steemhunt more value. Since I’m a whale on Steemhunt, I am taking it as my responsibility to lead by example. I will be uploading a lot higher quality hunts going forward. I will be going into far more depth and writing more unique content. High quality content is what is going to help Steemhunt outperform Producthunt.com. That being said, be sure to leave a high quality comment on one of my eight hunts, and I will be sure to respond to you.

Ranking My 8 Hunts In Order of Worst Ranking In Google First

  1. Jaiden Smith’s new business Just Water caught my eye for several reasons. I know Jaiden Smith is a vegan, so I keep my eye on what he is doing as a influencer. This company came onto my radar when a friend posted something on Facebook screen shoting a tweet about how well run Just Water is. Jaiden Smith is making ethical decisions with this company, and has come up with several creative solutions to modern day problems.

  2. The Love Food Hate Waste website is pretty cool and could help anyone plan their meals better to create less waste. This hunt was more forced by me than my other hunts, but this would be a great one for you to jump into the comments on.

  3. The Peerby app is pretty cool as well, but another one of my “forced hunts”. Peerby provides a solution to people who want to borrow stuff online outside of Facebook groups or Craigslist.

  4. I am shocked that no one had hunted the Wag App when I did. This is one that I really wish I spent more time doing a quality write up on, because it is such a widely used application. I have several friends who work exclusively on the Wag App. This is also a hunt of mine that is in desperate need of some comments to infuse that page with some greatly needed unique content.

  5. As a vegan the Coco Jack Set is a controversial product. Many raw vegans eat a lot of coconuts so for most people in the world, coconuts are the last thing on your mind, the Coco Jack is culture for vegans. There are those who are skilled enough with a machete that they would never need a Coco jack set, than there are people who are too intimidated by a coconut to ever open it up without first purchasing a tool designed specifically for opening coconuts like the Coco Jack set is.

  6. The Zero Waste App was honestly one of my coolest hunts to date. It earned me a top ten finish for the day on Steemhunt.com. I found this hunt specifically because I was searching the internet for a hunt, of all my “forced hunts” this is the only one which yielded a great performance on Steemhunt. I certainly could have offered a more detailed description, but my ninth hunt offers room for improvement.

  7. My friend and dead Steemian posted the Ankiapp on his Instagram story. He used the Ankiapp to study coding. This looks like a great way for anyone to study and improve themselves as a person. I honestly think I’m actually going to download and try out this app, maybe to do spanish flashcards or something.

  8. The Daily Dozen App is my highest ranking hunt in Google’s search engine, but also my lowest paying hunt so far. The daily dozen app is honestly pretty cool. Dr. Greger the guy who created the app, has a ton of people on Youtube doing what I eat in a day videos using this app, it’s legit, but would probably confuse anyone new to a plant based diet.

@rtytf thanks for your positive words of encouragement. I would love your resteem on this post, as it will really help my hunts rank better in Google. I'm trying to show people that with simple on chain SEO we can rank much higher for our hunt's keywords and build an authority site very quickly.

Sure. I will resteem it with my @rtytf and @rtytf2

Thank you very much @rtytf and maybe spread the word about resteeming this post. I'm literally going to be begging a few people via dm for a resteem :-(. I will report back on my SEO rankings soon. As of last night before I made this post and video my eight hunts were ranked in Google 16, 24, 29, 30, NR (not ranked), NR, NR, and NR.

Thumbs-Up

It's good to see you've put out some quality hunts on the platform. I could remember vividly some hunt of yours which were cool that I came across.

That's the Peerby, Zero Waste App, and the Ankiapp.

What impresses me about the Peerby is that it's convenient, sustainable and it's social. I feel that there are somethings we just need for some moment and after that we done feel it worth any longer. I definitely sure Peerby must have taken this into consideration that's why they came up with such an amazing innovation.

For the Zero Waste App, it seems like some kind of God that just want to tell your the possible way to live a life free from waste. lol. Well it a good one. The Zero Waste App is said to be a travel companion to find the resources you need for your Zero Waste Lifestyle. Indeed true. 👍

The Ankiapp is basically for studying and monitoring the study progress. I love to study and I would take Ankiapp into consideration because it allows one to study on the go. And the best part is that the Ankiapp is extra-efficient. lol. How more efficient could it be? haha

How I wish I could also do a recap on all my hunts have put on the platform. It would be thrilling to make a re-review on those products and apps. haha

Great job @fruitdaddy
@steemhunt won't regret having you as one of their influencers cause you're doing a great job. Keep it up @fruitdaddy 👍

What a wonderful comment @k-banti The Zero Waste God App! LOL I still haven't tried out the Ankiapp, but I think I will in the future studying spanish. As for the Peerby app, I'm guessing it's cooler in concept than in reality as it's always a lot of time and personal energy to find someone to trade items with. People are lazy and trend towards buying new products instead of fixing what is old or borrowing a neighbors. You should totally start writing about hunts, or just review your old ones, Steemhunt is paying Hunt token rewards for doing so if you drop you link in the contributions section on their Discord.

Oh! I'm definitely going to do so then. Thanks :)

I wish the best to young Jaiden Smith, and I'm vegan when I'm not eating meat, haha, but seriosly, yeah, I love eating from my garden. I was always a big fan of his dad, Will Smith, and also Karate Kid, and now with the sequel series, Cobra Kai. Oh, Peerby sounds interesting like a yard sale.

Peerby is more like one of those local buy nothing Facebook groups. I also wish young Jaiden Smith the best. The question is @joeyarnoldvn do you think Jaiden can create a billion dollar water company?

Jaiden can just as much as Comcast can become a monopoly as an ISP, even as Comcast threatens us.

some of these items seem super interesting! I'd be particularly interested in trying the Zero Waste app =) I'm super big on recycling and not throwing things away, so I'm sure it would be useful! Thanks @fruitdaddy for showing us these apps
