Pros:

  • Ability to track calories and macro nutrients.
  • Available in web or mobile app.
  • Allows you to set dietary goals to reach for the day.
  • Eliminates questions and concerns about food intake from your life.

Cons:

  • Unfortunately just having the app doesn't actually make you eat healthier.
