This item is good for business @kimsungmin, great work on sharing this.

Pros :

It does provide a lot of benefits to the host where it can help send, track and monitor informations on all rooms or selected rooms which likely to be used in hotels.
It does really increased sales to seller since you can customized your offers and deals to the products or services that you are selling.
On the guest side it can be used as intercom where you can directly communicate with the receptionist or help desk so they would assists your needs.
It has also features wherein you can easily do some bookings on their services and amenities depending on the hotels services.
It has voice controlled assistance feature where you can easily speak with your own native language and it will automatically converts to english.

Cons :

This item is preferably for hotels, motels or apartments
