Most earbuds or earphones are for tuning out of the noises in the world, so that you can listen to music or podcasts or something else. But the Nuheara IQbuds are intelligently designed so that you can hear what you want to hear - whether it's from your phone or the person next to you in a noisy restaurant. Now you can block out noise that you don't want to hear while still being aware of specific sounds that are still important to you (I sure hope coworkers trying to catch your attention are important!)
The IQbuds has an app which lets you customize different listening profiles as well - no more fiddling with pressing some button 4 times to select a certain option! You can select world scenarios that you're listening in and tune in or out accordingly at work, eating out, working out, and more.
Nuheara has a list of various every day scenarios that can be especially painful for those with hearing loss. It may be painful enough that they make plans that actively avoid locations with high stress such as restaurants that are too loud or those with designs that echo (high ceilings, hard floors).
