It's a dream come true to be launching on Product Hunt. I'm thrilled to share a bit about our origin story and the magic behind Remento.
The problem
When my mom was diagnosed with cancer in 2017, I knew I wanted to bottle up some of her best stories for my future kids...just in case. I bought her a "write-your-own-memoir" product, but she never used it. "Writing feels like homework," she told me. So I sat down and interviewed her, and turned what I learned into a scrapbook. It was incredible. And, it was massively time-consuming (e.g., picking questions, interviewing, transcribing, editing etc.). I thought to myself, there must be a better way…
