Nintendo's Ringfit Adventure is an adventure RPG with fitness at its core. Defeat an evil bodybuilding dragon terrorizing the realm with your a magical ring and exercise moves!
You control your avatar in the game using a special "Ring-Con" for upper body movement and the leg strap accessory for the lower body. Advancing in the game requires using actual fitness exercises that focus on a particular group of muscles.
There are monsters that require specific types of exercises so for example, some monsters can only be defeated by doing leg exercises while some require you to do exercises with your shoulder. This gives players a varied workout routine while beating the bad guys and saving the world.
There are also mini games and challenges apart from the main questline that you can do on the side and you can even go straight just the sets of exercise. Overall a great game for gamers who are also interested in building their fitness!
