The varibike for the indoors is different than other indoor bikes. It is possible to train both arms and legs at the same time or you can even train while standing up. Many different positions and parts you can train.
Anyone who loves to do sports at home should think about getting one of these.

Very good for training legs and arms at the same time. I can imagine that you have to find the right rhythm to make it work. It's good that you can train legs and arms separately. It's a good hunt for me, thank you very much.
Great bike! It has so many advantages. When I use it in synchron style it feels like double poling when skating, or rowing. In the alternate style its like canoing or crawling. I can do all this while riding somewhere and I am really fast. Also when varibiking I am independent, because I can do it everywhere and don't need snow or water.

the varibike has no suspension. But for me its ok, because I use the varibike more as trekking bike not as MTB. I use it for all kind of roads, like roads in the forest, country roads, gravel roads and to go fast on normal roads. For this purpose I prefer the varibike and I very much enjoy it, especially the great acceleration and the additional power on climbs.
The position of the arm crank axle is continuously adjustable. So you can adjust the Varibike exactly to your body size and to your particular preferred upper body inclination. If you want it more convenient, then you put the position of the arm crank axle even more above and more towards the driver. If you like things sportier, then you put the position of the arm crank axle still more down and more towards the front.
