LG has launched a smarthome appliance series such as smart kitchen, smart laundry, etc.

My personal favorite would be the DLEX9000V smart dryer from LG. It has a built-in wifi, and can be control using a mobile application develop by LG.

Just imagine, a dryer that you can control from anywhere using your smartphone.

By downloading & using the Smart ThinQ app from LG. You can control the operation of LG Smart Dryer.

No more stressful moments when you are outside the house & just remember that you've forgotten to press the start button after loading a load of laundries into your dryer.

Price is indicated around USD 1760++

Pro:
  • Access & control from anywhere
  • App is compatible with most android & iPhone
  • Wifi connectivity
Cons:
  • Not sure on security of connected appliance
  • price is on the high side
