Here are the conditions for getting loan:

1. You must have minimum steem power 30 steem

2. You can take loan maxi. 40% of your steem power.(If you have 100 sp then you are eligible for loan 40 steem or same value sbd)

3. The interest rate 14% for four week. (If you get loan 100 steem then every week your installment will be 28.5 steem include interest and same for sbd)

4. You have to agree to hand over your master key to the Bank for security reason.

5. Bank will change your master key and only hand over active key, posting and memo key
   But Bank will reserve the new master key. When you will refund loan with interest then bank will hand over your master key.
   If you unable to pay your loan then bank will recover loan include interest by powerdown. When it will recover then Bank will hand over you master key.

6. You are unable to make powerdown within loan period. If powerdown is going on then the bank can stop it.

7. You have to pay every week. If you delay then you must count 5% delay fine for every day then pay your installment with this fine.(Example: installment 28.5 steem and your delay one day then your new installment will be 28.5 steem+1.425 steem=29.925 steem)

8. Loan limitation: Minimum 10 steem or sbd and maximum accumulated amount have stocked sbd/steem in @audreylogan's Bank.

9. If your post gets downvoted later, you are still on the hook for full amount

10. If you take loan sbd then your installment will be sbd and this loan is available for 4 week only. If you want loan for long period or 1 week or 2 week then contact with me.

    Note: Bank can change any rules with their own power
