Who do I follow on SteemIt & Why—Initiative by @theycallmedan.

in #steemimpact4 years ago (edited)

I have been now more than 2 years on steemit and here I know some best users on the steem community. First of all thanks to @theycallmedan who started this initiative of Who do I follow on steemIt & Why?.

Right now I am following many users here but I started following them in starting of my journey with steemit. Among them some are worthy but some aren't, from last 1½ year most of the users left because of bull market and now eveyone is rushing towards it again because of rising value of steem.

So first user comes in my mind is my friend @syedumair who introduced me to steemit. Back to 2k18, when I got my smartphone, my friend introduced me to this community. First I had no knowledge about this, so he helped me in every step what to do where to do and how to do. I am so thankful to him for introducing me to this amazing community. Even when value of steem got down 100 times but still he remained consistent among other users he introduced to community. Almost more than 10 user he had introduced but among all of them only he is consistent and I am the one who posts on this community among others.
And the second user comes in my mind is @utopian-io. Basically, it is not a one member it was a community of open-source projects. It has been closed now because someone hacked it and then it got stopped. And the guy who hacked it was one among its members. Why I follow it is because when I started my journey here, this was my first project where I worked a lot and thanks to utopian and almight I gained some value. After working it for more than I month, I got more interested into it and I worked more. But late 2018 when someone hacked it and everything got finished.
These two were the first two users whom I will follow forever. Now coming back to 2019, when I got more interested into it and I started again.
  • @dlease
Dlease is also a community who helps other minnows. The bad thing on steemit is, users with high stock upvote only those posts from which they will get benefit in the sence like they upvote only those user who will upvote them back and no one thinks about minnows. But @dlease helps the minnows in leasing them power for sometime by which they can upvote others and they will get upvote back on their posts. Even they can join the @backscratcher trail from which they can get a lot of benefit. That is why I follow @dlease.
  • @threespeak
Threespeak is a community of videography and vlogs. In my perspective threespeak is like a new decentralized youtube. I heard about it in the last month of 2019 and then I started following it because I thought it will be an interesting part of joining it finally posted my first video in begging of 2020. It was my first time when I uploaded my video on internet and I was so much nervous. Then I got more interested into it and started uploading more videos through it. At last I follow it because it helps to interact with many other users from different regions of world.
  • @esteemapp
Esteemapp is a decentralized app which is made for steemIt. It has a lot of interesting features which steemit web doesn't have. I am using this app from last 1½ years and it has brought a lot of new updates with new features. It also provides a benefit by posting through it, it gives a good upvote based on some criteria for posting through it. It was created by @good-karma. I follow it because I love posting through it and its features.
  • @theycallmedan
@theycallmedan is co-founder of threespeak community and among the best publishers on steemIt. His journey started in mid 2018 and with his best performance and his hardwork he has become one among the best users of steemIt. I started following him on twitter when I saw his tweet about steemit. I didn't remember it but it was amazing and then I searched about him on steemit and found him a big whale. He also does some contests and initiatives by which many of the users gets more interested into steemit. That's why I follow him.
  • @oracle-d
Oracle-d is also a big user on steemIt, I am not aware of it but I saw its posts which were always in such a way to help steemIt become famous. I saw his post back to 2019 and It was all about in favour of steemIt. I follow him because it always does everything in favour of steemIt.
  • @dtube
Dtube is almost like a youtube but it is decentralized. I followed dtube from starting but never posted any type of video through it. Recently I posted one video which wasn't that much good to earn more reward. But why I follow this community is because it provides a visual contact to each others and we can talk about everything.

So these are some users which I love to follow, there are soo many other user in my list but I don't want to make a long post so that everyone will become bored to read my post. So I decided to make it short and I hope you guys don't mind who I haven't mentioned in my post.
