The story of two frogs in a well / never give up
A group of frogs was jumping through the forest, and suddenly two frogs fell into a deep well. The audience of frogs gathered around the well, and when they saw how deep it was, the crowd shouted at the two frogs at the bottom that their situation was hopeless and that it was more useful than the attempt.
The two frogs ignored those comments and tried to get out of that well with all the force and energy they had. The audience of frogs continued to shout at them to stop trying because they were dead.
Finally one of the frogs obeyed what the public was saying, and was overcome by fatigue and despair, and fell to the bottom of the well dead. The other frog continued to jump with all its strength. The frogs continued to shout at her, asking her to put an end to the pain and surrender to her cause; but she jumped faster and stronger until she reached the edge and outwards amidst everyone's astonishment.
Then the frogs asked her, "Are you not listening to our cries? The frog explained to them that she had partial deafness, so she thought in the well that they encouraged her to accomplish the dangerous task all the time.
Three Sermons can be taken from the story.
1: An encouraging word for whoever is at the bottom may raise him to the top and make him achieve what he wants.
2: The frustrating word of those who are at the bottom may kill him, so pay attention to what you say, and give life to those who pass in your way, even if a good word.
3: You can accomplish what your mind has prepared for him and prepare yourself to do it; just do not let others make you think you can not.
