***Great Reasons Why You Need A Good Night's Sleep – Part Two ***
Yesterday I looked at how good quality sleep can help you stay slim by regulating your appetite hormones, speeding up your metabolism and improving dietary self control. Today I'm going to look at another great reason for you to snuggle up and sleep tight.
And believe me when I say it’s a great reason!
A Good Night’s Sleep Makes You Look More Attractive
As with so many things if you really think about them they make a whole lot of common sense.
When we are tired we not only feel drained and exhausted but look it. Puffy eyed, pale and drawn out is rarely a winning look.
Plus, after a good night's sleep we are normally in a better mood, more full of energy and frankly more vibrant and better company.
The last fact can even be scientifically proven as there is clear evidence that after a good night's sleep we are physically better at recognising important social interaction clues, processing emotional information, and less likely to act either irrationally or thoughtlessly. These all go together to making us seem more attractive as well as likeable.

My sleep has deepened and I wake up refreshed thanks to an improved diet and light therapy.
I carefully avoid blue light in the evening, and use red light to bring on a natural melatonin effect.
