Thanks so much @progressivechef, that message really means a lot and glad you like the slimy touch to the paper! Haha. I will hopefully continue to stay determined until Christmas for the iron chef challenge! I've learnt so many new things just in these 3 weeks. In fact, @offoodandart has given me the inspiration to check out some molecular gastronomy classes- I think in China they're only in Shanghai, but I can use it as an excuse for a mini holiday!
