Steemit Iron Chef 2018 - Act 1 Round 9 Chicken, Cheese, Olives and Peas
Peas from a huge part in my staple diet. I really enjoy peas and especially when served with chicken. This dish may not exactly elevate peas to a different status - but this is a meal I really enjoy
The theme this week is peas - and this is a vegetable I eat many days of the week.

Fry chicken breasts in light olive oil or spray and cook.
Use olives without the pip or remove the pip and cut into the chicken. Add some cheese and pop into the oven to melt a little.

What type of cheese did you use? I never thought of combining peas and olives. Salty and sweet, perfect combination.
Gouda cheese.. ah yeah I have peas and olives quite often.. it's quite nice to also mix peas with olives and pasta with a tomato sauce! Def try that out too

Yeah that's true this one does not elevate the peas but as you said peas go amazingly well with chicken! Nice to add some olives and cheese too in the dish!
