Today I made my eggplant dish: with zalouk eggplant fries and roasted duck.

Nice dish! Eggplant with the duck and passion fruit is a great combo. I could eat a whole plate of those eggplant fries!

Oh Zaalouk...my wife is Moroccan and I eat so much of it actually! Great idea with the eggplant fries, I really prefer those to potato fries!
