I'd recommend removing part of the rewards instead of flagging it to 0. Better to accept for the author and you save more voting power for other posts at the same time.
agree here, its not because its short that its bad, there is a market for that and I think he is funny sometimes. If you insist on flagging then I would leave part of the revenue. The post written by @trafalgar does make sense to me personally
