Tron's On Holiday So No TRX Funds Can Be Distributed! Not Acceptable!

It's not often that we have cause to publish a post of this nature but today unfortunately we are going to have to make an exception. We apologise but this post is necessary.

As you are all aware about six weeks ago transactions in our Tron wallets stopped updating. This issue went unresolved for several weeks and caused us and many others significant problems, particularly those of us who have integrated TRX into our Steemit business model.

Eventually, after over three weeks, TRX transactions started to materialise in our wallets again and eventually they caught up fully only last week. It was a matter of days when transactions stopped being processed again and we found ourselves in that familiar and frustrating position again.

We were told initially by @justyy, a senior Steem dev, that transactions would update soon. We are now almost a week on and transactions have not updated. We are told there is no problem with Tron wallets but that the issue is due to a change in the process for funds distribution.

We have asked @justyy to feedback to the Tron Team that they should revert back to the former process as a matter of urgency because the new process is causing major problems for Steemians.

With Dividend Day approaching for ACOM DVD holders it now looks like we will have to reactivate our back up plan again. So unless there is a miracle we will have to substitute TRX dividends for ACUV again.

We apologise to all ACOM DVD holders but hope you will be pleased with an increase in ACUV tokens.

We have copied in a further part of the conversation with @goldstreet and @justyy to show you the effort we are going to in the hope of getting some detailed information about the TRX funds issue. If anyone else manages to obtain any information please share it with the community. If we get a response from @justyy we will let you all know.

Hello dear friends @acom good afternoon
I am very sorry about the situation, it is a pity that they have changed the distribution model of the TRX that worked very well.
However, take it easy, the investors know that the solution is out of their hands. Also, the support you give us is great.
I really appreciate that you share this information
I wish you all a splendid afternoon

Well done Team Acom for continually keeping us updated in regards to this matter and thank you for your unrelenting effort in ensuring something is done to get the issue resolved.

For sure, this delay in the release of TRX funds is reallly hindering a lot of businesses integrated on Steem and I hope a permanent solution can be found for it soon.

Well, we ACOM DVD holders won't mind receiving our weekly dividend through the team's carefully structured alternative payment method. And YES! We will be pleased with an increase in ACUV tokens 😁

Thank you @k-banti for always showing your support and understanding, it means a lot to us.

You're most welcome Team Acom 🙂

Buenas noches amigos y equipo de @acom,

Es bueno saber que están averiguando y manteniendo informados sobre el caso de los TRON, me parece una excelente manera de recompensar con Acuv, por mi partes estoy encantada. Buenas noches y gracias

It would be nice if we had a Discord open channel that we could actually talk to Steemit. Communication is what Steem is all about, and this is what we are lacking the most....

Yes absolutely, we couldn't agree more. We actually thought it would be pretty simply to find a large crowded Discord server operated by main witnesses and senior Steem team members who can inform the community of updates, give out advice and make announcement etc. But no there isn't one, the closest we've found is a Discord server called Steem Global and we found @justyy in a server called 3DK Render.

But seriously there needs to be a main Steemit Discord server, perhaps we could build one? We could start it with a view to making it an official Steem server by inviting as many Steem witnesses and devs as possible. We could build it up from the ground perhaps, who knows.

Well this helps clarify my previous comment. Thank you!
