The Cancer that spreads through Steemit

in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

There is a Cancer that spreads through this platform, and because downvoting costs people their voting power, they instead choose to ignore it.

I started posting on the Steemit platform on the advice of a friend, but when I sift through the data, there are cancerous growths that are eating the platform from the inside out.

It's a joke.

Only x amount of Steem is created each day, and these asshat eat up almost all of it because they can.

How the hell does someone with -18 reputation still get to post??

Steem is full of these corrupt assholes. No one is interested in flagging them. Even no one cares to save this platform. Just see the upvotes you got on your post. These votes will tell you the truth.

Steem is full of fake accounts. Real users are just slaves of this platform. They are working hard 24x7x365 but are not getting the amount what they deserves.

agreed. Steemit lacks the one thing that would keep it honest, and that's competition. Instead of minnows chasing whales, it would be whales chasing minnows if Steemit was not the only game in town. Steem Media Tokens will really prove Steems value as a blockchain, I believe. Steemit is a good social experiment, but it fails to take into account that people don't change, and won't change.

You realize that Berniesanders is one of the top flaggers of Haejin's posts, so it makes zero sense that it would be the same person. The selfish people are the ones pumping out a constant stream of crap content and auto-voting it with bots and their immense SP just so that they can take the biggest share of $$$ possible, not the people flagging crappy content and not making a penny from doing so.
