That is the event of livestock slaughter of goats, cows, buffalo to be consumed with friends and family and their relatives. But generally, the people of Aceh now buy a lot of meat in the markets on the day Meugang. The price of meat on Meugang day ranges from 150-170 thousand rupiah in North Aceh area.
The tradition of Meugang like today has existed since the time of the kingdom of aceh long ago. I myself also bought meat on this day Meugang. Since dawn the community has been busy to market to buy meat.
