Familiarization - is more basic than ever. Learn to navigate what's in every button in your blog. Learn how to put profile pictures and cover photo.
Who will Support me in STEEMIT?
You should ask this. If no body support you here, you will leave steemit and feel alone. Since you need support, YOU MUST LEARN HOW TO SUPPORT OTHERS FIRST! If you need upvotes, YOU MUST LEARN HOW TO COMMENT AND UPVOTES OTHERS.
Treat Steemit as Social media like facebook, that your friends will comments your post in fb, reason because they know you. And so as here, Bring all your friends to steemit and support each other.

Whenever I invite people to Steemit I really take the time to teach them not only how to write a great introduceyourself post but also the etiquettes like do not ask for follow but make followers organically by leaving great comments on other posts, building relationships and follow people that you are genuinely interested.
It is easier to follow and gain followers when you are true to yourself and not just following the trend of whatever is hot and trending now.
Building niches and communities is the way to go.

I can say as a new user steemit was scary and intimidating to use at first, but now things seem to be getting easier the more I post. I think it's just a matter of finding a niche and understanding the nuances of investment and returns in time and money.
