Hardfork 18 happened today, which is like new version of Steemit with some changes. One of them is that post payout will be 7 days after it's been posted. These first seven or so days all posts will have lower payouts and they'll gradually rise to the amount they were at before the hardfork. After the initial 7-10 days everything should be normalized.
