The Demon known as Facebook has waged war on Bitcoin and all other crypto-currencies. I have expressed my dislike for Facebook a long time ago, because of their censorship and government ties. Thats right Google it Facebook has been contacted by the government to keep tabs on us. How you might ask, well let me explain real quick. Do you ever check in or share where you are Via Facebook or Messenger. well there you go!!! Anyway back to the main news of how they are attempting to destroy Bitcoin.

Facebook announced a couple of days ago, how they would be Banning and blocking all Bitcoin and other crypto news, ads or posts. Who cares right, well apparently quite a few people because since the news hit the headlines...Bitcoins price has fallen below 10K for the first time in a while.

What are Facebooks intentions and why would they target Bitcoin

I am not sure of the exact reasoning behind this, because the headlines are all over the place, but I have a feeling that OL Zuck is not making the money he wants from this booming industry, so instead of embracing and supporting, he has decided to throw a huge Temper tantrum and ban everything.

What are your thoughts on this subject

Do you think Bitcoin can survive

I hate Facebook, so I hope there is backlash and they burn to the ground from server overload "Sorry a tad bit dark I suppose"

Sort:

Awesome...Im sorry but I love when the Zuck shoots himself in the foot.

"It always does the Devil good to see the biter bit!"

--from some old poem I vaguely recall from my childhood

I doubt if it is really the intentions. Let me guess.
Facebook will somehow float that kind of news, and deny it categorically.
Then facebook will launch their own platform that will cater to crypto users and ico hunters.
In short, they will bet on both side of the table.
Still business.

Great perspective and more than likely you are correct. Facebook loves the limelight and money, so if they can steal both of them at once "Why not". Thanks for the comment.

Brilliant guy...Big Baby, such a shame. Love it though...Thanks for the laugh

Maybe Facebook had something to do with the prices but there were a lot of other factors involved, I think most of them related to Korean regulations.

I agree, there are many factors, but it is a funny coincedence that this BS from him comes after the Korean News. Zuck just wanted to steal the show. Thanks for the comment.

Zucks a greedy douche. This will backfire or as stated below is simply a ploy to gather attention for their own playform. Facebook is venom and causes nothing but trouble. #fuckfacebook

More than likely it is as you said a ploy, we can agree they suck either way.

That's not what this is about. Facebook is banning ads for bitcoin related businesses at the moment, because a lot of black sheep are using the current hype to scam users (Bitsequence anyone, want some Bitconnect?).

It's correct to criticize Facebook for a lot of things, but it's also important to stay reasonable. To forbid shady scammers to advertise their "offers" is no censorship.
