- I do from time to time, but nearly as often as when it first came out. Perhaps it was because I had an experience with promotion that resulted in practically negligible returns, but my attention to the Promoted tab waned considerably from the time it was released.
- Small, unobtrusive banner ads, similar to the ones that come up when you search, would be reasonable in my opinion. So long as they aren't, in fact, posts that can earn money and/or can be flagged.
