Well the calculation was like:
- I can cultivate 4 melons on 1 square meter
- If I have a land with 2.000 square meters this would be 8.000 melons
- I can buy seeds for less than 50 € (actually it's only about 25 €, but just for the sake of calculation I took 50)
- I can sell 2 melons for 5 €, that's 20.000 €
- Taking care and watering approximately 2.000 € a year
- Buying a land with 2.000 square meter less than 10.000 €
So within the first year the investment would be paid off easily. But as I don't have the 10.000 it was just a calculation
