The film about the former farmer "73 cows" is available for viewing
The long-awaited short film "73 Cows", which tells the story of former farmer Jay Wilde, who gave his cows to a shelter to grow vegetables, is now available for viewing on the Internet.
Vegan film "73 Cows", won a BAFTA, now you can watch for free on Vimeo online.
"73 cow", shot by Alex Lockwood, tells the story of Jay Wilde — a hereditary farmer from English Derbyshire, who was tired of fighting his conscience, daily sending cows to the slaughterhouse.
Jay talks about how farming destroys the soul. He was a vegetarian when he inherited the farm from his father and became a vegan, realizing that cows have emotions. The farmer stopped herding, sent all the cows to the animal shelter, and he took up vegan organic farming.
The movie, which was originally available for viewing on Vimeo, had to be disabled due to BAFTA rules. Now viewers can access it again.
The filmmakers admitted that they were pleased with the popularity of the film, which gained more than 150,000 views in two days.
"We've been making movies for a long time, and so it's great to finally create something that can make an impact. We must Express our gratitude to Jay and Katya Wilde for allowing us to tell their story, which resonated in the hearts of many people," Director Alex Lockwood told Plant Based News.
