Flower Parade is now happening here in the summer capital of the Philippines, Baguio City.
PANAGBENGA FESTIVAL is a month-long annual festival here in Baguio. The term Panagbenga is a Kankanaey term for "season of blooming".
This festival is a tribute to the city's wonderful flowers. Together with the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) we celebrated the Grand street parade.
