How Long Does it Take to Get Approved With SmartSteem?
I am trying out your delegation service @smartsteem but my account is still pending..
Can I get an update on how long it takes to approve, and how to cancel my delegation if I don't want to proceed? Is there also a manual review, can I get my approval expedited in anyway? I have a lot of questions but nothing on the site seems to answer them, thanks.

Hey Brandon - the pending status has nothing to do with your delegation.
Your delegation is already confirmed and first revenue has been made for you.
The pending status is based on the whitelist - which is only relevant for buying votes. Now - it can take anywhere from 1 week to 2-3 weeks to get whitelisted there.

And how do I eventually get my SP back in my control? I can't find an option (..and I really appreciate your help).
Maybe old but delegation works in such way that when you put that delegated amount there, it is the actual total amount you are going to delegate to that account. It does not add up. So simply to undelegate just delegate 0 sp to them and youll get your sp back in a week.
