Apple has opened APIs for health records to researchers and developers. If the users allow it, this information will be shared with other third party applications. Thus, people will get maximum efficiency from the applications they trust.

Decided not to fall from the technology agenda with the WWDC 2018 event, Apple has given another glimpse of the statement made on its website. The company shared its health records API with developers and researchers. These benefits will benefit the development of practices for better drug treatment, the formulation of nutrition plans and the use of them for disease identification.

"With the opening of the health records API to our developer and research community, consumers will be able to personalize their health needs through the applications they use every day," said Jeff Williams, Apple operations director.

Health records will remain encrypted on the iPhone's iPhone and will only be opened with your own password. If the user wants to share information with a trusted application, the information will be transferred from HealthKit to that application.
