Currious About How Steemit Payouts Work

Hello Steemians!

I am using this platform one month and I am trying to figure out how those payouts actually happen and what are the requirements. I had a lot of videos which earned steem dollars on dtube in a range between $0.001 and $0.005. Actually I didn't received anything since I am using Steemit, I could just see this bellow my videos. Recently I found out that the minimum payout is $0.02.

What I still can't find out is, should it be $0.02 in total for all videos and posts, or is this a requirement for every single video?
I hope someone can answer this question. I would be very thankful.
