I don't think everyone has read it though. I know I haven't. As I've mentioned before that we need better ways to organize things on steemit so people can see what's being posted. May be something like reddit where it tells you that is has been posted before if you try to post same content.
People are going to post same stuff over and over unless there is a way to see what's already posted. No need to get upset. I just skip it if I've read it before since it's usually a mistake.
