I would agree. I just see it as completely unmoral. Leasing SP, i don't see too much wrong with that, do you?
Same here sir. But is good to deal with someone that is trustworthy because i was told that at times the leasor can terminate the leasee power anytime which somehow not fair enough after you have paid for it. Or is it not true?
Honestly, i'm not informed enough to comment. I assumed the contract is for a set period, but there may be other conditions relating to abusing the power - like voting for yourself with all the power?!
