Exchange rate proposed:
1 Steem: 0.00262011 BTC (I am paying slightly above market rate)

My budget is around $15,000 USD. So sales will be on a first come first serve basis.

    why not just using an exchange at the exchange rate ? (stupid question)

    Just to clairfy, I am sending the payment upfront. I don't use an exchange because of liquidity issue. I prefer to deal with OTC. At exchange Steem liquidity currently means that my purchase would cause the price to appreciate which is to my disadvantage as a buyer.

      Erm... it works very similar to Steem except bitcoins are like cash. While Steem is trying to be like bitcoins.
