I agree partially but ive seen those bots break people into being noticed. There's a bit of phycology at play. Some people, knowing they will make more upvoting valuable content, will not upvote new/low earnings posts. People also feel more comfortable upvoting content that already appears to be accepted as quality. Im not saying any of this is right, but its what happens.
