We have a problem, so let's dig for a medicine

Now a very big problem is becoming more evident with each passing day: posts are expiring too fast.
Each post has only minutes to catch some weighty votes and stay afloat. Most of the posts just drown and go down the drain. Even the good posts. Useful posts. Even the posts that potentially could have been the best. It is a very troublesome situation.
In one of such posts that was published in the wrong time so very few people saw it I suggested a solution and a wholly new path of further development for Steem. I hope it is worth to observe and discuss.
