Facebook is horrible... how's steemit been? Can you still only post like 2 or 3 times a day?

I can't follow back my followers still. I get the error:
RPCError: plugin exception:Account davidcourageous already submitted a custom json operation this block.

Is this a feature or a bug?!

Let me know! I am going to get back into steemit or minds.
