Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) is the entity behind both, future and existing museums in Abu Dhabi. This narrative exists in the archaeological and ethnographical artefacts that give an overview of the UAE’s traditions and cultures, such as the ones in Al Ain National Museum and the future Zayed National Museum – which will also tell the story telling the story of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, his unification of the United Arab Emirates, the history of the region and its cultural connections across the world, or the collection of currency that can be found in Delma Museum, alongside other local findings.The dialogue between artworks, sculptures and objects in the Louvre Abu Dhabi will allow visitors to discover shared influences and intriguing connections between different cultures – giving insight into the history of humankind since the beginning of time. While the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi's permanent collection will celebrate art produced around the world from the 1960s to the present.
