I have been seeing a lot more of these lately. I can't decide whether to downvote f4f requests or not. They're so tacky, at best. Maybe I'll issue a warning, then a smack with a downvote. It would be nice to get rid of that habit right quick.

    I agree. And when you are looking at your own follower number, you can't trust it because these guys are inflating follower accounts by following everyone.
