The Art of "Let it go"
A lot of people have something that they wish to be different, that void in the back of the mind is sometimes louder at night because there is less noice around us. I have mine, too. This is natural and normal to have.
But before the desired changes happen , we must work on it ourselves and ultimately, you have to trust the process.
But most importantly really accept where you are at now. I’m not asking you to love what you have, but accept where you are for now.
it's hard to let go of what you want, but when you become comfortable with yourself, you're way more open to change than if you're on the look out for those big changes 24/7.
When you're not looking for something all the time you're more likely to get it. Try your best to find a routine that allows you to work towards your goals, while also being somewhat reasonable with what you expect. Once you go with the flow, your mind will start to re-wire and changes will seem to come to you quicker than before.
